To the 26 sixth-grade graduates of Foothill Christian School:
This yearbook is dedicated to you. The 1975 Challenger
goes out from the school's teachers and workers in the hope
that through coming years it will call back many memories of
fond friendships, of exciting "happenings" and "growing up"
experiences .
But far greater things than pleasant memories are wished
for our fine graduates. We have tried - no doubt rather poorly
at times - to place Jesus Christ into the center of every school
activity, and we hope into the center of your life . Now we
pray that you will take Hirn with you, not just as a sidekick
(He sure makes a good sidekick!), but also as your King. Let
Him be the person inside, ruling your life.
You guys and girls know you are going to leave a big fat
hole here at Foothill Christian School. We wi ll miss you. And
speaking of holes, remember this - everywhere you go from
now on you are likely to find some "holes" - that is, some
empty places in people's hearts that you can help fill with
kindness and friendliness and goodness. You know, that is a
mighty big part of being God's son or daughter.
Best wishes in seventh grade. And be sure to pay us a
visit every now and then!
