The first annual FCS JOG-A-THON, held on October
17th, was a huge success. Over $21 ,000 was raised
and was used to benefit Foothill Christian School. The
proceeds enabled us to purchase a Laser-Interactive
Video Disc Player for each campus, an intercom system
at Baseline, a stage curtain, a percentage of roof repairs,
and more Macintosh computers.
Mr. Gutzwiller and Mrs. Still each got a pie in their
face from jog-a-thon winners Stephen Shields and David
Dogterom. Other prizes included two bicycles, a Sega
Genesis, two stereos, watches, stuffed animals, toys, and
much more. Nicole Badertscher won "Principal for a
Day' and Meredith Garcia won "Vice-Principal for a
Day
